I would like that. One of my major concerns is the dominant role played by a relatively small number of cities. Too much fraud. Too much vote buying.
It makes no sense that federally we are a representative republic but at the state level it’s a free for all.
Doing this would essentially nullify and end gerrymandering once and for all.
