Video can easily prove either way. They checked it and nothing indicated the cup was written on by the person who served the cop. I would sue the department, Hornaday and the cop involved. Also they need to make a public apology. You’re talking about ruining someone’s business if it’s unfounded. Hope there’s a follow up.
