Having a hard time understanding why the victim— who was not a carjacker-— did not stop for the police. Was is because he was high on methamphetamine? I have no sympathy for those pricks that refuse to pull over and insist on high speed pursuits. Pull over, it’s simple. But when you have committed a violent felony and run getting other people hurt and the criminal justice system gives those who run just a slap on the wrist at best, that only encourages people to flee. If you commit a violet felony, run, injury others in the pursuit you need an ass whipping. Pull over it isn’t quantum physics we are dealing with here.
