Because they had a server in The Caymen Islands that hacked the voting machines in PA, Ohio & Wisconsin. When they went a flipped the votes, the Whites Hats, who knew that it existed, went and flipped the votes back. That is when they knew they were caught. that is why they waited to concede, they were stunned & panicked.

Going from memory here, but there are some important clarifications to this story that needs to be made. Pretty sure Team Q never made any claim about "flipping" or otherwise manipulating any server processing votes.

I believe Q's claim was that Team Soros had a data center somewhere in the Carribean (maybe the Caymans) where they planned to manipulate votes in favor of Hill. I also think the implication was that the Soros plan was "business as usual" and had been utilized before in previous elections.

What the White Hats did was to infiltrate and lock down those servers at the strategic time that prevented the Dims' manipulation. That action prevented the flipping of votes in favor of Hill in three key counties 1) Cuyahoga county in Ohio (Cleveland), 2) Milwaukee County in Wisconsin, 3) Broward County in Florida. Number 3 may not be correct, but I think that was the location. These three heavily populated counties with cleaned-up voting were enough to secure each of the three respective states, and thus the election.

This distinction is very important because if the scenario played out as claimed in the initial post, Team Soros/Hill could claim that votes were "flipped" by Q and/or his agents. I'm pretty sure Q never claimed that ability nor desire. Remember, it's important that everything must be carefully performed accurately and above the law.

This story is what makes me a bit concerned (I know, "Trust" the Plan"). Q's maneuver caught Team Soros by surprise. You can surely bet that resources have been spent by Team Soroa to secure a new facility and with technology that will make sure that it does not happen again. They were punched in the gut, but not taken out. They will come back with a vengeance (or at least they will try).

One thing that got my attention election night was that Philadelphia announced their results fairly early. I expected that Philly would do the 'Chicago' holdback until the rest of the state was in to determine how many votes they needed.

I recall that the votes that should have gone to Jill Stein and that other yeehaw who ran green or indie ... these votes were directed to Fat Hillary. And it was curious because during the recount Jill Stein demanded, her vote counts were significantly higher than when she ran in 2012 and it seemed curious why she wanted recount (we know why, because the White Hats unrigged the voting machines in just I think 3 or so counties).

They took Steins and the other guys votes because they are crooked, all is rigged, and Fat Hillary would have you killed if you refused to be a patsy, also knowing that Trump would demand a recount and would not be compliant if his votes were taken.

All this I have read on the chans, possibly here, but Fat Hill and the Dems were gob smacked they lost and knew a new kind of purgatory was coming with POTUS when all their evil Schiff was revealed.
