If all the RATS in the deep state do that and store things in databases spelled wrong what happens when someone submits a FOIA or a Court orders a search of documents under the right spelling?
They find nothing. Because they are in folders, databases, files spelled wrong. Keeping stuff hidden from the public, courts etc.

It is disconcerting to think there are that many derps still in positions to mess up documents like that. Did Horowitz know about it? If so, he’s a bad guy, which I do not think.
