The EU should set an example, and stop using any petroleum-based products, including tires and clothing and plastics, etc.
Let them set a scheduled date for finalization of the fossil-fuel-free society, something like 5 years.
Then, let’s see how ALL their countries go into full-fledged economic failures. Somalia might become an example of what the good times used to be like. And, the U.S. would have to promise not to come to their rescue, no matter what.
