But, its actually true. They shoot the inmates in a certain way to not destroy the organs and then sell them to medical facilities.
Organs can't generally be used from the dead, at least not for transplantation so it really doesn't matter where they shoot them. Corneas, maybe a valve or bits of bone can be used, but that's about it.
