I’d hate to take care of all that.
It’s great until you can’t find your car keys, or when you have an elderly relative who can’t stand locked exterior doors and there are a dozen of them.

A wealthy man once told us that wealth is measured in the number of _families_ you can afford to employ.
I’d guess, roughly, a place this size needs 12-15 workers, full time,inside and out, not including chefs and personal staff. All of whom get benefits, so add 1/3 to any estimated salaries.
We’re on the cusp of a much-anticipated downsizing from 2100 sq foot house and 1600 sq foot shop and 80 acres, after 45 years. It is too much.
Cannot imagine something this much larger, even with a full staff. Someone has to schedule and manage the staff, which is probably another full-time position. But who manages the manager?
