My research suggests that this sounds a lot like another humans are evil project, just like European diseases supposedly wiped out Indians.

Actually it’s the opposite, a former theory was that Modern Humans killed and wiped out the Neanderthals (this would be “Humans are Evil”). This finding here explains that it could have just just been a natural accident caused by diseases and no one’s fault.

Wish folks would find just two minutes to actually read something before jumping to a preconceived conclusion based on emotion.
