Dustin Nemos (video below) decodes #3576 to mean the Dems want to impeach POTUS on Christmas Day. Dustin quotes a tweet by Sara Carter that states this as well as the fact that final arrangements to push a vote are being made. 

In this little 5 mintue video, Dustin notes that in 1913 the Federal Reserve was surreptitiously voted into law on Christmas Day by congress critters who waited for legitimate congress members to go home.

Dustin remarks that Andrew Jackson killed the first incarnation of the Central Bank; the DS tried to kill him for it and he beat his attacker up with a cane.
