Considering we have a full bath downstairs, and upstairs, a full bath, 3/4 bath, and half bath/mud room, I may just have to remodel one of those. There’s only 2 of us now.
When our daughters moved back and brought their kids, we used a little less than half the basement to add an apartment to our family room— so that’s when that bath went in. We could really have given a spa a lot of use then, but didn’t have the bucks to do it. LOL
That’s always the way - all of our bedrooms are on the second floor. I would like to add one and a bath downstairs, but hubby says that he will leave that for the next owner :-/
