I believe Bibi's party came in first place, but without enough seats in the Knesset to form a "Government" without coalition partners. And no one has been able to put together such a coalition.
The situation is really confused because they have already held two elections and still no one can form a "Government." Holding a third election is not likely to resolve anything. I think they are exploring some kind of rotating P.M. system. It's a mess.
They have one of those screwy, Euro-style, parliamentary systems.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I got some of this wrong.
