I remember when I first came across this info in 2018. The recent reacquaintance with the material has prompted me to send an email to friends who need to be shaken from their slumber, and to those just starting to awake.

As I go about my daily activities, I can't help but recoil from the ubiquitous presence of smart phones in our lives. Surely other must notice this too. And yes, I carry a flip phone, and receive scoffs.
