So to get a majority in the state senate, republicans have to elect 21 of the remaining 29 seats and 51 of the remaining 74 seats.
In addition, the courts have forced newly redrawn districts because they were gerrymandered in 2012 to favor republicans. Funny how democrat gerrymandered districts are OK.
