Do you mean to tell me that just 7 days ago, Elijah Cummings was well enough to sign a subpoena?

For me, it looks like Adam SCHIFF has signed for Cummings. Same pen.

He couldn't have signed it. Although according to a minister he was only in Hospice a short time.
