Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton dismissed concerns regarding 2020 candidate Joe Biden's apparent inappropriate touching of women and girls.Speaking to PEOPLE magazine in an interview with her daughter Chelsea, Clinton rubbished claims against the former Vice President.When the subject of Biden's behavior was brought up, Clinton said, “Get over it."
