Trump needs to issue an Executive Order that immediately rescinds the new (as of August) whistleblower form, which allows for the “whistleblower” to report something of which he or she has no personal knowledge (i.e. it is hearsay), and to force the intelligence community IG to go back to the old form, which required personal knowledge. That will stop 99% of the $hitstorm that Brennan is trying to gin up.
