Hubby loves onions. His homemade hash browns are incredible. Small cubes of potatoes so there is lots of crisp, onions and bacon bits. He also does amazing twice baked potatoes, again, bacon and lots of onions and 2 kinds of cheese. I call them his forklift twice bakers.
