Again, DO NOT use citrus of any kind. Theyre adamant about that on all home wine-making sites Ive looked at.
That's strange. I've seen recipes for various kinds of citrus wines. The only note I remember is that most of them will need more sugar than other wines, and some citrus will need watered down to dilute the acids.
