Again, DO NOT use citrus of any kind. They’re adamant about that on all home wine-making sites I’ve looked at.

That's strange. I've seen recipes for various kinds of citrus wines. The only note I remember is that most of them will need more sugar than other wines, and some citrus will need watered down to dilute the acids.

They’re adamant on recipes for this basic, homemade stuff.

BUT - I know you like to experiment, so...have at it and report back. :)

My Step Dad used to make Limoncello. Man, that stuff was GOOD!
