Yup. I'm 71 and never thought I'd deteriorate to the kind of physical conditioning I'm in today. I hate what aging does to a person!
I think she should sell the apt., perhaps not as a fixer, but... a lot needs to be done to that place to make it ready for the high-end market, imo.
