Oil is a privately owned resource produced for profit. I don’t see anyone “manufacturing” water.
Specious comparison.
I drink bottled spring water. It is a manufactured product. It is also a commodity.
I was simply pointing out that both oil and water are natural resources.
Saying that the people of one State lacking a natural resource should suffer the consequences is a silly premise I M H O.
There would be a cost involved with a pipeline which the beneficiaries would have to pay for.
