Could be... I just read there was never a ‘cyanide tooth’ anyway. There were teeth with microcompartments; and people did hide cyanide pills in their mouths; but the two were never combined. The cyanide pill was about the size of a pea; small but too large to hide in a tooth. Using the teeth to break a vial though - that’s a real thing too.
