The derps may have wanted to silence Epstein but at the risk of awakening more Americans, or more “eyes on”, because they just upped the drama of it all. I guess panic trumps the risk at this point if that’s how it played out.

I haven’t ruled out a HOT August could mean lots of sting operations going on right now as well.

Right now, my own inclination is to go ahead and complete the tasks I've set for myself -- which includes documenting subjects as web pages (like #507, here) -- suitable for a master "The Story of a Satanic Pedophile" website.

Even if the government totally drops the Epstein (& the very important "fan-out" investigation, I believe that such evidence might be of use for those who may sue Epstein's estate for damages, etc.

OTOH, I simply can't accept that the entire "Epstein thread" of child trafficking and abuse by "the rich & powerful" will be abandoned as part of the "drain the swamp" effort -- just because one key, visible perp offed himself.

One can be on 'suicide watch' in any housing situation. It can be as simple as visually checking on the dude periodically (twice every half hour, in my case).

Our facility (third largest county jail in US) had all kinds of different housing locales. Our most desparate and serious suicide risks were housed alone in a unit with large plexiglass windows with a CO sitting outside 24 hours a day, with all other precautions as well.

Just another note. SOMETIMES the recommendation was made by Psych staff to house a suicidal inmate with another inmate so that other inmate would notify COs if homeboy cut or hung himself or whatever.

Anything less than full observation mode for Epstein was a fail, you ask me.

And I woulda went full Franky Five Angels mode on him myself.

Still shaking my head.

Pooled blood? Yes, it does look like that on second glance.

I can't believe I'm saying this in open forum, but, my dear brother committed suicide in a motel room, hung himself with his belt from a closet rod. He was found within an hour of the act.

His complexion was nowhere near that of Epstein. The aftermath of being hung isn't pretty, but the red in epsteins face does suggest pooled blood which would also suggest he lay there long enough for it to...pool.

How long did he lay dead before he was found?
