But who would sue? I recall when this came up before (cough.Soetoro.cough) no one had "standing" to make the point. I think it would have to be in a friendly Republican state with a SoS who has the stones to make a determination. Or, IIRC, the House needs to "certify" the vote if she wins and since the Hose is BLUE, fuggetttaboutit....
Actually who probably might have “standing” (and I am not a lawyer & neither do I play one on TV!) is a democrat. Particularly one running for the nomination, that Rat would be clearly being “wronged” by having to compete against an ineligible candidate. You would think a regular Rat voter would be equally wronged by having “their” candidate having to compete against an ineligible one.
You see any Rat candidate/voter doing this?
It might worth just the attempt and get it thrown out for “lack of standing” just to keep the issue in the news.
