I will when I feel better and have the time. Perhaps you are right, but I thought here in Fla and other southern states the governors had filled vacated House seats on an interim basis... can't think of an example except a probable Senate seat so I'll let it slide. Is that in the Constitution?

A situation ^CO-OPTED^ by politicians that has no constitutional basis. The HoR position should remain open until the completion of the special election. Some ideological “wonks” (coughdhimmicratscough) have made extra-constitutional appointments and called them interim.
