Maybe (but not an anons purpose to out Q), Q is dropping a hint that 17 and 45 belong to that watch thus indicating someone in the gang of 10 (7 military/3 civilian) was wearing the watch and Trump did something in the meeting at 1649 hours which we will later find out?
