You are right. Cursing is inappropriate, and not presidential. Especially misusing God’s name, as in saying”G.D.” not once, but twice. This is the first time, that I know of, that President Trump has used such language at a rally. Hopefully, it will be the last.
So what happens if he does continue to say it at his rallies, then what?
