The origin of the picture at Q Drop 3405 is from Nick Donnelly on Twitter. He explains that this man in Rio bathes, dresses & then buries aborted babies found discarded at an abortion clinic.

While we may not be able to unsee this image this man is doing a selfless act, would that I had such courage. I hope this explanation helps.
