Finally in before my age!
NEA meets in Houston, hears NEA president, Susan Berry, call for a new US president, claiming he’s authoritarian, trying to destroy democracy, take America back, to women in their place serving coffee and blacks...... yada, yada.
Time to counter these voices, people, one at a time.
We’re sittin’ on the can saying “ain’t it awful” to each other and saying Nothing to the Forces of pure evil that are screaming in our face.
President Trump has to be wondering where we’ve been, where we are now, accountable to no one, and if we’re ever going to help him in the heavy lifting.
Ideas for action are required. I’ll start.
1) Anybody ever attend a local school board meeting?
2) Do a bio on each Member of the School Board?
3) Learn the aims of the school board?
4) Any Trump bumper stickers in your church parking lot?
5) Who are they, do you know them?
6) Any Trump sticker on your own car?
7) Are we wearing our MAGA hat?
