Q indicates that the Mueller hearing before Congress is intended, by the derps, to delay the IG (Horowitz = H) report. Q seems to indicate here that the Horowitz report is necessary before the release of the Comey report.
Then he goes on to say that the Horowitz report and the Comey report will lead to DECLAS (D), which will in turn lead to many INDICTMENTS (I's).
He again hits on the point that when BLACKMAIL no longer holds do to loss of the levers of power, that those previously protected by that blackmail scheme become the PREY and the HUNTED.
Was Epstein the key to BLACKMAIL NO LONGER HOLDS?

Epstein had only one client for money management, Les Wexner. I see blackmail in this. Wexner was forced to renounce any ties to the Republican Party and changed his party preference to Independent. He stopped donating to Republicans.
It seems Epstein found blackmail was a pathway to money and power. Epstein's Island and ties to NXIVM are a few components that emerge as a global blackmail network.

You know if someone was a low-life trashy criminal-minded slime and wanted to make billions the easiest way to do it is take control of the wealth of someone else so here is what one might do.
-ingratiate one’s self to a vain elitist billionaire who may be a deviant into kink.
-compromise them or gain their devotion by blackmail or emotionally and get controlling authority of their wealth.
-use the patron’s wealth to set up one’s own money making scam with properties around the world including an island with a stable of flesh to continually compromise and blackmail world leaders in government, tech, religion, blue bloods, etc.
-Rinse, lather, repeat.

GERALDINE LAYBOURNE, according to the drop, became the President of Disney in 96. A couple of popular renditions of the Alice story were made by Disney. The first was the cartoon/animated one in 1951. The second was made in 2010. The Hatter is played by Johnny Depp. Perhaps that is a possible connection to the concept of “rabbit hole”; it is straight out of Alice in Wonderland.
It is a big deal to know that Disney and other children's entertainment executives are consorting with the likes of known pedo-pimp Jeffery Epstein.
