Priceless Refresher, there, k!
The Kerrys are sooo inve$ted in collapsing USA. You could say they, too, are all about... IRAN FIRST! .
Prepping basics.
Some kind of lighting. Being in the dark is icky. Don’t burn down the house! If using candles put on metal surface, cookie sheet, plate, etc. Many house fires are from candles. Battery lamps, 12 volt lights are good.
Cannot have too many flashlights or batteries.
Way to cook. Camp stove and propane is easiest and cheap. Or propane regular cook stove.
Place to crap and put it. The importance of sanitary pooping cannot be underestimated. Composting toilets DO work. Read “Humanure”, best book on the topic, it is online. Even works on small city lots if you have a bucket or two and composting material (lots of things will work - dirt, leave mould, chipper shredded stuff, sawdust etc) and done right (it’s easy) it will not smell. BTDT
Water water water never enough if you don’t have a well. Store as much as you can, you will never regret it. We have a 2500 gal water storage tank we keep full and another slightly smaller one we can get going.
Enough water to at least sponge bathe with. Being dirty is a HUGE depressant.
Did I saw water? No one ever has too much water.
Paper plates etc because if you have not much water, that means not enough water to wash dishes.
Solar well pump for long term use if you have well. Usually people have pressure tanks and the well pump just fills that tank, several times a day. We pump the well every few days and fill up big tank. I recommend that method to everyone who has a well.
Foods you can open and heat or cook easily. That you already like and can digest. Eating stuff you normally do not eat means tumtum may protest and diarrhea, constipation or stomach aches are not fun.
A few thoughts.
Trump gets GREEN LIGHT for any Iranian RED LINE!

That four-page letter was never used, and in fact Rosenstein himself wrote a distinctly different memo used...

For lighting, get a bunch of the sidewalk solar lights. Charge during the day outside. Bring them in at night. Run for hours.
Isnt that the truth. However, on second thought, it takes more character to demand justice, fight for it, than to wait for it.
Justice delayed IS Justice denied.
Thus, there is Q.

President Trump is half Scottish.
"Scotland the Brave" is a message that Trump's going into battle.
It matches/relates to Q's "Be ready."
Sure for shallower cuts. Here's a less stomach churning way:
Steri Strips Vs. Sutures
22 Jul, 2013 in Health News and Tips by bree
When faced with a serious cut or laceration, the first question that most people ask is: Do I need stitches? Its a reasonable concern, and one that doesnt always have a simple answer especially when blood is pouring out of the wound. That said, there are some basic guidelines you can follow to help make that decision. In general, stitches (otherwise known as sutures) are the preferred option under the following conditions:
you are unable to stop the bleeding due to the size and nature of the wound
you are concerned about scarring (especially on the face) and need them for cosmetic purposes (stitched wounds tend to heal more cleanly)
you notice muscle (dark red) or fat (yellow) exposed through the wound
your cut is gaping open
Because of the pain and complexity of suturing, most patients will want to avoid stitches if they possibly can. In the case of smaller cuts, steri strips (also called butterfly stitches) may be sufficient. Though not as strong as sutures, these thin adhesive bandage strips can be equally effective as long as you keep them dry and make sure they stay affixed to the wounded area. However, if your laceration occurs in a joint area or another curved section of the body, they might not have the same effectiveness. If you are at all unsure of the proper course of action, it might be most prudent to have a doctor examine the wound.
In most cases, cuts do not need emergency care, and they can be safely dealt with by a doctor within 24 hours. However, it is vital to treat the wound properly on your own if you cannot see a medical professional right away.
Be sure to:
stop the bleeding as quickly as possible
wash out the wound thoroughly
keep the wound moist using saline solution or antibiotic ointment
After the wound has been properly closed, you need to keep it covered and dry for two days if using sutures and up to five days if using steri strips (to make sure they dont come off prematurely). You should regularly apply antibiotic ointment and remove any loose scab material. To prevent severe scarring in the area, stay out of the sun and consider applying vitamin E oil to the wound to foster the healing process. Flaxseed oil may be helpful as well.

There was news earlier this year about a suture bandaid that uses mini zip ties to close and secure small non-critical wounds, don’t know it’s made to market yetthough.s
I like it!
We call them ‘Get Home Bags’. We have food, water and some life straws in them. Plus the usual emergency supplies, walking shoes ect.
Dear God deliver us from this.
