Dershowitz is a brilliant legal mind with a strong sense of ethics to assure the rule of law is NOT manipulated or corrupted for political purposes.
As a voter, he has always been a Democrat.....His brilliance doesn’t translate to political position.....
Brilliant legal minds that espouse euthanasia and abortion should be taken to Nuremberg and tried with the other Nazis.
He definitely has a “brilliant legal mind with a strong sense of ethics to assure the rule of law.”
But, if he were completely logical and honest about this, he should admit that Democrats trash the constitution every chance they get, trample the rule of law every day, and, if given a chance, would usher in a totalitarian state anathema to law in a heartbeat.
I find this to be rather bizarre and it suggests a person with a brilliant legal mind is totally devoid of basic common sense. Of course, that could be the very definition of “brilliant.”
