She died from pulmonary edema
Couldnt breathe, lungs filled with liquid
Something that damaged her heart, rapidly and fatally
Same with other couple

A Freeper named Sionsar died of glycol poisoning about a decade ago. Drank the house wine from a little B&B in France, which was mixed with antifreeze. Ultimately took him weeks to die, because nobody could figure out what was wrong with him. It was a slow painful death.
