The corruption is so extensive, so all-pervasive, that it’s going to take an extremely strategic attack to make any long-term difference.
Fortunately, making complex attack plans with extensive logistics and contingency options against strategic weaknesses of a large entrenched foe is a military forte.

Agreed. I was not able to read it all in one go. I had to break it down into 3 sessions. Even though it was gold, it was an embarrassment of riches, and I confess I did drowse and skim some of it. But knew if I needed to it was there for me to dive into if I needed that background.
You make a good point about the military and those with military kind of mind set to begin and complete a campaign with appropriate planning and execution. I’m grateful every day for those Patriots who have those skill sets.
