Can Media Be Prosecuted for Being Unregistered Foreign Agents?

good video on Brian Cates latest
ping to my ping list
This is important
I completely agree. MSM are in the crosshairs for prosecution.
Hannity might be saying tick tock but Im hearing BOOM in the not too distant future.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I think so too.
I read the Cates thread on neonrevolt. But yes, I do believe the media is now being set up as having violated the law regarding the failure to register as foreign agents. They have been paid by foreign governments and entities to tout the foreigner’s position and propaganda.
This will do two things:
1. The individuals who did not register/ and prostituted themselves to spread foreign propaganda are subject to real legal consequences of jail/fines/ etc.
2. The foreign money which has been flowing into the MSM organizations and propping them up will now be cut off. Hence we will at last see the collapse of those very enemedia operations.
Thanks for that video link, generally!
TINY EXCERPT FROM MATERIAL IN NEONREVOLT’S VERY LONG TREATISE, EVERY WORD OF WHICH IS PURE GOLD! ... and highly supportive of what generally is pointing to. It IS important!:
“...Aside from the apparent evidence of collusion between the DNC, Clinton campaign, and Ukrainian government, Chalupas actions implicate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)....”
“...According to documents provided to the Committee, the Justice Department required the Podesta Group and Mercury LLC to register under FARA for working on behalf of the Ukrainian government. Their registration was required even though the client, the European Centre for the Modern Ukraine (ECFMU), wrote a letter saying it was not directly or indirectly controlled by the Ukrainian government. That did not matter to the Justice Department because their lobbying activity was not to benefit commercial interests of the ECFMU but instead to promote the political or public interests of a foreign government or foreign political party. The Justice Department made clear that an individual acting in the political or public interests of a foreign government must register under FARA. As such, because Podesta and Mercury were effectively working on behalf of Ukrainian government interests, they were required to register....”
“...I dont know if I can summarize how huge this link is, but let me try:
If it can be proven that Chalupa ever met with Steele (or an intermediary), well its check-mate for Trump against HRC and the DNC.
The reason there are so many FARA violations in all this is precisely because, as #QAnon has said time and time again they never expected her to lose. Moreover if they had filed the appropriate FARA paperwork, it would have exposed many of these relationships which are only just now coming to light. The less paperwork, the better, they figured. Trump would lose and afterwards, Cabal powers would become entrenched, making all these little paperwork problems conveniently disappear.
But Trump didnt lose. The Cabal did. And with that, they suffered a catastrophic loss of control. And they didnt realize how much Team Trump already knew.
I now believe that this is EXACTLY the kind of connection Team Trump is now trying to expose....”
Neonrevolt cites more interesting material:
“...The Atlantic Council, along with the Brookings Institute and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, were the subject of an unflattering portrayal in a New York Times article, Foreign Powers Buy Influence at Think Tanks:
More than a dozen prominent Washington research groups have received tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments in recent years while pushing United States government officials to adopt policies that often reflect the donors priorities, an investigation by The New York Times has found.
The think tanks do not disclose the terms of the agreements they have reached with foreign governments. And they have not registered with the United States government as representatives of the donor countries, an omission that appears, in some cases, to be a violation of federal law.
As a result, policy makers who rely on think tanks are often unaware of the role of foreign governments in funding the research.
The arrangements involve Washingtons most influential think tanks, including the Brookings Institution, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the Atlantic Council.
Each is a major recipient of overseas funds, producing policy papers, hosting forums and organizing private briefings for senior United States government officials that typically align with the foreign governments agendas....”
And neonrevolt shares with us who is on the Atlantic Council:
“Dimitry Alperovich the CEO of Crowdstrike that investigated the hacking of the DNCs servers...”
“James Clapper Obamas Director of National Intelligence, serves on the Atlantic Councils International Advisory Board. Clapper was the architect of the report on Russian Election Interference Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections....”
And others.
Neon shares how Greg Craig and Paul Manafort fit into all this. My takeaway is that these two actually came up with system.... inspired during the days Craig was a Ted Kennedy advisor on how to skirt the FARA rules and make the cash flow in ways the cash had ought not to have flowed.
Neon cites the CATES thread. Cates is citing a guy named J. Michael Waller. Then Cates gives his own dot connecting commentary at this link to the Cate tweet:
Neon’s comment after the above post/inclusion of CATE’s thread:
“Astounding, is it not?”
“Journalists everywhere will be going down because of FARA violations. Heck, youll probably see some outright treason charges as a result of this. How many sealed indictments have journos names on them right now, just waiting to be unsealed?...”

I apologize for this long wall of text, but it is cherry picking from the extremely lengthy highly valuable neonrevolt analysis, which took me several hours to plow through. I do highly recommend it, neverthleless.
TQ
You have had some amazing posts lately, not that they aren’t always amazing, but so many exceptional efforts. Thanks!

X22 covers a lot about the Barr hearings. He really has been reporting some very interesting information. In the above clip, at about 34:30, he speaks about a recent tweet from Huber. Huber has a new team member.... or at least consultant. Get ready to hold on to your dentures, contact lenses, glasses, and other loosely attached accoutrements:

@DUTnews May 1 Honored to have former AUSA and office leader David J. Schwendiman in the office today for a brown bag office alumni visit. Great advice for us shaped by his experiences as an AUSA, a war crimes prosecutor, his work on three Olympics, and @TheJusticeDept's attache in Kabul.
WAIT WHAT???
"A WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR"
"THE JUSTICE DEPT'S ATTACHE IN KABUL"
Others might know a lot better than I do, but if I am not mistaken, they did/do a little bit of that tribunal stuff in Kabul, didn't/don't they?
GUYS - IT's HAPPENING!
The Neon article just wears me out.
The corruption is so extensive, so all-pervasive, that it’s going to take an extremely strategic attack to make any long-term difference.
Fortunately, making complex attack plans with extensive logistics and contingency options against strategic weaknesses of a large entrenched foe is a military forte.

I'd love to see some prominent journalists dragged away.
Wow! You are just amazing! ThanQ so much for your summaries.
