Sorry tootsie roll. It is not a real English language word. Look in dictionary.com. It is a made up word by someone such as yourself who was a victim of modern education and hence ignorant of proper usage. The proper usage is most evil

Evilest is certainly a word - an adjective - the superlative form of evil.But it is extremely rare, because it is very awkward; most people wanting to convey that idea use "vilest".
