What was she doing with a gun in an Old Navy Store? Did she get arrested too?
Why not??? Utah is an open carry state, and I have a hand gun in my hand bag along with my permit...anyone try to harm my 8 year old grandson, your dead meat!!!

Seriously, someone who has a concealed pistol license usually takes their gun anywhere it's not prohibited. I mean, what if that lady went shopping and someone tried to take her kid and she had left her gun home? What's the point of even having a CPL if you don't use it.
Being arrested for...what? I can't remember if the lady actually showed her gun. If she did, and she thought, even for an instant, that her daughter's life was in danger, not a problem. Sadly, sounds like the lady is a mite confused and I really hope she apoligizes the the man.
