Court-ordered fishy - because it shows how afraid they are of anons, who are the new media. With photos and names (there were initially 4 shooters - Tarrant didn't do it all by himself) of the other 3, anons could possibly match faces and names to photos and locations... which would further monkeywrench the DS narrative.
They're trying to spread the concept that pictures and names and facebook live-streamed video are being withheld to prevent the facebook shooters from becoming famous - so good of them to save us from suffering emotional pain and trauma by sweeping the facts under the rug and making sure that all who oppose the new world order are properly categorized as terrorists.
