My understanding is the shoes signify the taking of the soul/sole of a baby (human sacrifice). And if it not evil enough it has been suggested that the leather is human sacrifice leather. I ask forgiveness to the Lord just typing these words.
Unimaginable evil. While I pray for forgiveness for my own sins and mistakes, I just don’t see how this level of evil can ever be forgiven. I guess these people pushed evil to the point that they lost all ability to have a guilty conscience and then pushed even further. Or were these people so unfortunate to have never had a conscience at all?
