I also think, judging from the condition of the sneakers, I suspect that is not reddish mud, but dried blood on them. I also suspect that they took the child’s life as well as attempting to take his/her soul.
Those responsible will be wishing for the placing of that millstone around their necks and being cast into the sea when they learn of the Father’s wrath against them for harming these precious babies and children.
By God’s grace, that Little One’s soul is still intact and stands before the Father along with all who were desecrated by the hands of the Evil Ones, and all are healed entirely. Joining you in praying for the victims.
