Yes. What I had not thought of till now, was KEY MAN insurance. Companies take it out on CEO and other top executives to help defray costs of paying a consultant to help fill in while they search for a replacement etc.
So they can knock off a guy who knows too much and might spill the beans-pocket the dough. Hmmm???
