I meant to mention to everyone some of the weird feelings & dreams I’ve been having the past week.

On the one hand I’ve felt as though I’ve got this urge to get angry. The feeling is just under the surface and just needs one little thing to set me off. But there’s no real reason for me to be angry about anything - life is just everyday life. Really stressing me out so I’m trying to cut out all the stuff in my diet like caffeine, sugar, etc to try to limit that stuff. The buildup to the #notacountdown hasn’t really helped a lot with this. So I’ve been trying to sleep more to stay out of everyone’s way.

On the other side when I’ve been sleeping the past week I’ve been having some odd dreams. The most vivid was during a nap on Sunday. I dreamed I was on a road going under an overpass in a city. The type that has the iron trestles and older concrete with the gravel/aggregate showing through. The detail was amazing. Coming out from the other side of the trestle hanging from an overhead line going across the street was a white sign with black lettering - like most speed limit signs. On the sign was a large letter Q again like a speed limit sign. Then underneath the Q was, similar to a ‘no turn on red’, smaller lettering that said “This is not a sign”.

In my dream I actually did a rewind as though the dream was a video cassette tape and kept missing the actual part with the sign. Then just when I was about to see the sign on the final through someone yelled at me and I looked away. A few seconds later I woke up.

I just wanted to share some of the odd stuff. I’m hoping once this week is through that things in my psyche settle down a bit and I can get some real rest. Work has been stressful, but not anything compared to times in the past. So that wouldn’t explain it. Maybe it’s just age starting to creep up on me.
