Nunes could not make any referrals until the material was declassified. The President has held all the power over the DECLAS.
With RR in the drivers seat, POTUS was not going to let out the DECLAS. He had to wait until he secured the Senate in the election. As soon as it was secured, he fired Sessions with a gratuitous send-off and brought Whittaker.
But there was a last resort block play by Mueller.

Did POTUS just install a rogue AG who allows for the indictment of his children based on false pretenses?
BARR Senate vote?

Do UNICORNS exist?

Its painful to think Mueller was pushed by the sociopath Weissmann to indict Trumps children as a form of blockade against DECLAS.
Barr lifted these indictments, Weissman leaves, and Mueller apparently has only Schiff pulling his strings.
All of this has been executed step-by-step like a building going up. POTUS is a builder.”
Good strategy by PDJT and the Q team.
Roll up the DS & clean house.
The only accounting thus far I’ve seen of the indictment count pre + post Whitaker is that it went *down* that week. I think everybody, including myself, assume that it went up ... but it may not have, and though I’ve seen nothing definitive in these regards, the one thing I have seen (elsewhere) where somebody purportedly did a PACER inquiry reported those results (TBD)
