There’s a street in Austin - “Burnet” that I pronounced Bur-Net. I was corrected to “Burn-it”.
Zebulon in NC is pronounced Zeblin. Fayetteville is Fatevul. Pronounce them the way they are spelled and you will be known as a “ferner”.
