It would be nice to see fertile and verdant farmland again in the central valley. It's fidna rain AGAIN in a minute, Cali, here in the fertile central valley, breadbasket of the world.
Too bad the hippies wont let us hold onto the water and let it all flow into the sea. After all, what's more important that smelts and other lower life forms.
