When I first started work (many years ago) a very wise lady in the office told me to leave my bedroom clocks alone and never move back, always leave set on day light saving time. You will never be late and your body won’t get screwed up.
I thought she must be nuts. Well I tried it 3 years ago (after 30 years of thinking about it) and it works, I never feel the time change.
I know you’ll think I’m nuts like I thought she was, but it worked for her and it absolutely works for me.

That’s a thought. But I prefer the winter/regular time.... but just sticking to one or the other would be best. I don’t think you or she are nuts at all.
But it would be disconcerting to think I got up at 6AM and come downstairs and clock says 7AM!
