I bought a ceiling fan from Lowes online about 5-6 months ago. When it arrived, an ALEXA device also arrived. When I called to report the error I was told that it was deliberately sent to me as a gift.
When I said that I wanted to send it back I was told that I couldn’t send it back, but I could throw it away, which I did.
