As a citizen of Alabama for close to 20 years and an adamant supporter of Jeff Sessions, I concur with your statement.
I HOPE he will again run for the Senate seat he vacated to become Attorney General. God help us if that Doug Jones guy runs/wins again. And PLEASE. NO MORE ROY (Moore).
