We have another picture of a watch and pen. The time appears to be 3:43 (or 42). The hands counting seconds is at the 12:00 position:

That’s about 17 (that number again) or 18 minutes before 4:00.
What I immediately thought of was the 4:00am derp news coordination. Here we have us getting information BEFORE the derps... and it is actually the ACCURATE stuff!
The second hand at 12:00 could be the marker for the ongoing countdown, or for the synchronization of simultaneous posts or events.

What if the time is another metaphor for
“DATE”. 17 before 4 would be March 14. 4 Would be April. It seems to align with the clock and other recent posts. Just an opinion.
