Especially the “diversity” part. All he has to do is make it so hot for them in regard to public opinion and the market that they have to change. Already, emphasizing that not everyone needs to go to college applies pressure. Now, kick in the “is your college worth the money?” I’m just happy to see him publicly finally going after the colleges! I’m hoping it means the whole education system is headed toward a cleaning out.
That might conflict with the order requiring free speech on campus. Although I have always been of the opinion that the first amendment doesn't apply to ideologies that call for the overthrow of the US and its constitution. That would include communism and islam. But at this point in time, that is a view that is not going to get a majority in the Supreme Court, or possibly even a single vote.
